Chloe Stephan, Artist for Our 2019 Tile

Freedom Elementary School student Chloe Stephan created the winning design for our 2019 Freedom Old Home Week tile.  In addition to demonstrating her artistic talent, Chloe also displayed her poise by introducing herself and giving a short speech in a meeting of the Old Home Week committee.  Congratulations to Chloe for all of her varied accomplishments!
